Support
Something broken, something confusing, or something you wish Brevcast did differently? There is one address for all of it.
Get in touch
Email support@brevcast.com. Brevcast is a small operation, so replies are not instant.
You will get a faster answer if you include the show or episode you were looking at, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps more than a description.
A summary looks wrong
Summaries are generated automatically and they can be wrong. If one misstates something, tell us which episode and what is inaccurate, and we will correct or remove it.
This is worth doing even when it feels minor. A wrong summary is the one failure that costs a reader something real, so we would rather hear about it than not.
Billing, upgrades and cancellation
Your plan lives on the Account screen. The billing portal there is where you change plan, update your payment details, or cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep the plan you paid for until the period you already paid for runs out.
If a payment went through but your plan still looks wrong after a minute or two, write to us with the date and amount and we will sort it out.
Deleting your account
Account, then Delete account. It cancels any paid subscription first, erases the audio of your briefings from storage, and then removes your account and the data attached to it. It cannot be undone.
A few things are deliberately left behind, and the privacy policy lists them rather than glossing over it.
Publishers and rights holders
If you publish a podcast and want to talk to us about how Brevcast uses your feed, write to the address above and say which show you represent. You do not need a lawyer to start that conversation.
